MAC Casual Colors for Lips & Cheeks - Review & Swatches

I'd picked two of the lip and cheek pots from the "Casual Color" collection from MAC:

Weekend Getaway is a cool-toned rose color that applies opaquely on the lips. This is one of my favorites. 

Out for Fun is a gorgeous coral color kinda bright orange on the cheeks and a softer orange on the lips. Because it’s a creamier orange on the lips, it makes for a fairly wearable orange lip color. In either case, it’s very on-trend for Summer.

SWATCHES:

 They ain't shimmery but very beautiful smooth & creamier .

MY EXPERIENCE:

 I personally just love these pots as a lipcolor, and so as a cheek color, i love the dewy texture of it.

The texture of them are really nice and smooth. When they go on your cheeks, they have a very skin-like finish to them. They're not overly glossy, but are dewy. I'd say they are slightly more dewy than mac's normal cream blushes. On the lips the color goes on much more opaque than I had anticipated. Their one downfall is that the longevity is not there when worn on the lips. The color has lasted all day on my cheeks .

I do think it's great to have in your makeup bag and to be able to use it as a cheek color when you are in a rush, or have some place to go after work and need a "2 in 1" & good thing is You get a lot of product for the price you’re paying.

They are absolute beauties .
